ICS Electronics is not aware of any problems that have occurred with its current or older products with appropriate updates as a result of the year 2000 rollover dates. We will continue to monitor the status of these, and new products to ensure that Year 2000 compliance is maintained.

The Year 2000 compliance of the company's products is assessed against the BSI guidelines DISC PD2000-1, PD2000-2 and PD2000-3.

Year 2000 Conformity shall mean that neither performance nor functionality is affected by dates prior to, during and after year 2000.

In some instances, ICS Electronics compliance depends upon compliance certification provided by third party component vendors. ICS Electronics has not independently verified Year 2000 compliance in such cases. These vendors include - Microsoft Corporation, Dell, Inprise, Paradigm and Echelon Corporation.

ICS Electronics reserves the right to change the Y2K designation as appropriate.
